WEEKLY RENTAL - This property has the ability to be rented weekly (7 night minimum stay) all year long. Shipyard Condominiums are located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, WIFI, off street parking and pool access.

Everything was as listed. Patio was nice, pool was good to have, proximity to everything was great as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out two week stay in the Sand Crab Cabana. The apartment was well located, clean, and comfortable. We had a couple of issues in the condo that were quickly resolved by the management. Many of the properties in this large complex attract long term residents. Easy to walk to attractions and restaurants around Key West.

It was clean. The unit could use some updating. The king size bed kept the bedroom door from closing. Only had 1 tiny 3 drawer dresser. Not quite big enough for 2 people staying for a week.
