Shipyard Condominiums are located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1 mile from one of the best beaches on the island, Smathers Beach. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or balconies on the second level.

I have stayed at the Truman Annex many times, but this is only the second time in About Time. This time by myself w/ a few girlfriends stopping in. Its a great location for easy walks to most places you want to visit.Had a great two weeks. The staff was very helpful for a few minor isses.

We had an excellent visit and have stayed in this condo several times over 10 years. The location is nice - very quiet, lots of light and near all the local activity. It has some new furniture, but for the most part everything has been there for quite some time and appears tired. This includes the rugs and bedding. The televisions are quite old and the reception was horrible. The maintenance staff (Danny) is very helpful. I would probably rate the stay a 5 star if the condo furnishings were updated.
