Good location, well maintained, well equipped (kitchen utensils, beach towels, etc), nice and quite neighborhood, family friendly, close proximity to restaurants.
The roof repair was inconvenient at times. One day people working directly on the balcony while kids taking a nap at home. Parking space occupied by tools and car from worker for two times.

Great property in a great location w/ proactive service throughout, responding quickly to questions and requests! No hassles and stress-free throughout the experience, from booking to actually staying in the property!
Perfect place to stay for a small group of family/friends…. Has everything one might need for their visit (e.g, beach towels, beach chairs)…. While we didn’t use it (as we walked or took ride-service everywhere) there is also a parking spot for a car or a golf cart.
Only thing we could have asked for was a 2nd bathroom, but that didn’t take away from our stay.
Will definitely book an AvantStay property again!
