Conveniently located in the Shipyard Complex of the Truman Annex, right on Southard Street just steps from the active lifestyle of Duval Street, shopping, dining, and night life. Also steps from Mallory Square for gorgeous sunset views and the new Truman Waterfront Park. Assigned off street parking for 1 vehicle.

Michelle from Compass realty was great to work with. We arrived on a Sunday and she came to our condo after hours to help us with a minor problem. Great customer service.The condo is updated and very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable there for two weeks.Pool area is nice and close to the unit.Would definitely stay again.
