All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
Second floor condo with outdoor balcony.
Large shared Shipyard pool located just steps away.
3 Smart TV's and Amazon Echo (just tell "Alexa" to play some Jimmy Buffett!)
High speed fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi.
Assigned parking spot for 1 car.
Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!
Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Great location we love staying in a place with so much greenery around us the unit was perfect for use. Only issue was the grill was pretty loaded with grease and had no brush for it and we couldn't figure out where the mosquitoes kept getting in from.

Has one small maintainance issue first day, but was taken care of immediately. Loved being able to just get keys at the unit instead of having to go elsewhere to pickup. Any contact I had with Cindy or Craig was great. have stayed in this area for over 18yrs, and first time staying in one of Cindy & Craig units, but won't be the last. Great Place
