- An unheated indoor pool measuring 8x6 m (depths: 1.10 m to 2.20 m), equipped with a pool cleaner and a roller cover. The space is complemented by a relaxation area with armchairs, a sofa, lounge chairs, and a kitchenette

- A living room with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a wood-burning stove; the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space
