A quiet holiday, 10 minutes from the Vendée beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie. A fully equipped cottage for 15 people, a large private terrace facing south, with shade sails. Private swimming pool of 5mx10m secure and heated.

A 190m2 gîte for 15 people, 6 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, with living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with two sofas, armchair, large screen satellite TV, DVD player. Kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, 2 ovens, 2 hoods, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle, 2 coffee machines, 2 senseo, toaster, mini-chopper, croque monsieur machine and waffle iron. Crockery and kitchen utensil for 15 (up to 24 people). Large table for 15 people (up to 24 people), both indoors and outdoors. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and toilet, cleaning kit and ironing board and iron.
On the first floor, 4 double bedrooms, with single beds of 90x200 which can be twinned to form a large double bed 180x200 (sheets and duvets adapted), a double bed of 160x 200 and a double bed of 180x200. Including a double bedroom for people with reduced mobility, with access for people with reduced mobility from the outside to reach the living room. Two bathrooms with toilets with disabled access, small towel, heated towel rail, hair dryer, soap, floor mat. A separate toilet with washbasin. A double bedroom has its own private shower room.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. A triple bedroom with king size bed of 180x200, and a single bed 90x200 or 3 single beds. Second bedroom with 4 single beds of 90x200, or two double beds 180x200.
Private garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, 2 charcoal barbecues.
Private, heated and secure swimming pool of 5mx10m, depth 120 and 140m, open and heated from May to September. Opening hours 10am to 8pm.
Garden shared with the Gîte Océan with a petanque court and playgrounds, trampoline, swing, ping pong table, football goal, badminton net, and a large private parking lot.
Possibility to rent with the Ocean Cottage with private pool (capacity 8 people, 3 bedrooms) for a capacity of 23 people. Each cottage has its own private pool.
