This villa has 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 2x90, a bathroom with bath and shower, a dressing table and separate toilet.
On the first floor: a master suite with a 160 cm bed, a television, 1 bathroom (shower).
It also has a large living room (53 m2) with a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...), living room with television, dining room, WC, an adjoining garage, a terrace with garden furniture, a garden, private parking spaces. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet, board games, cot, high chair, changing table, Weber barbecue, ping pong table ...
The villa has a fully secure indoor swimming pool (50 m2) 6 m by 3 m heated to 29° all year round, room air-conditioned to 27° and sunbeds.
Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicle charging NOT ALLOWED
Evenings and parties are not accepted in the rental.
BOOKINGS ARE MADE BY THE WEEK DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND A MINIMUM OF TWO NIGHTS IS REQUIRED TO BOOK OUTSIDE OF HOLIDAYS.
Optionally, a cleaning fee of €150.
Bed linen rental: €10 per bed, towel rental (1 small towel, 1 bath towel): €10 per person (except short stays of less than 7 days).
Two deposits are required by cheque on the day of arrival. One for the cleaning of 150 € and the other for the house guarantee of 1500 €.
Accepts holiday vouchers.
