About this house rental
Charming holiday home of 160 m2 not overlooked located 1.8 km from the beach with 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12 max) including 3 on the first floor with a bathroom (bath and shower) separate toilet and 2 others upstairs with a bathroom redone in 2024 (shower and toilet). All beds, mattresses and box springs are from 2021
Each bedroom has a dressing room or large closets.
You can eat together with a table provided and equipped for 12 people.
A fenced garden of 1500 m2 will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and eat on a large terrace with a square table for 12 people and an outdoor bar. A barbecue is provided to enjoy outdoor meals.
A large petanque court is in the garden with 12 balls.
A René Pierre table football from the 70s and a ping-pong table (take your balls...) are at your disposal for challenges between you!
Sheets and towels (2 per person) are included in the rental but not cleaning.
Cleaning is mandatory for a flat fee of €110.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est très bien et pas très loin de la forêt de pin et de l'océan. Tout est prévu à l'intérieur de la maison pour passe de bon moments.

Superbe maison...beau jardin.. il y a tout ce qu il faut dans la maison au calme et pleins de promenade aux alentours agréable séjour avec mes enfants et petits enfants

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille , maison super , bien équipée ,il manque juste un 2ème frigo,
la literie au top , l'extérieur avec sa grande terrasse ,chaises longues ,table familiale super ... Week-end en famille formidable avec le soleil .Très bonne adresse.

Une maison bien agencée et bien équipée. Des échanges avec les propriétaires réactifs.
De l'espace pour 12 personnes (3 enfants dont 2 ados et 9 adultes) et un chien, chacun son espace.
Les photos de l'annonce sont fidèles à la réalité.
La maison est située à proximité de la piste cyclable permettant de rejoindre la plage et le centre de St Jean. Autrement prendre la voiture.

Nous avons passés en famille un excellent séjour.
Je recommande et espère pouvoir y revenir 😊.
