About this house rental
Cottage in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, only 10 minutes from the sea by car. Ideal for a quiet stay with family or friends.
Family house for 12 people of 150m² on a wooded plot of 4800 m². Indoor swimming pool usable from May to September. Everything you need to enjoy the outdoors with barbecue, petanque, shuffleboard, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc.
In the main house you will find a living room with a dining room and a living room with fireplace and cinema area with video projector and sound system.
The kitchen has a very nice and bright dining area and a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and senseo, sodastream, kettle, toaster, etc.
2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. A pantry with large cupboard and a washing machine.
A bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet.
Separated by a covered area (ping pong table, mini billiards, shuffleboard and board) you will then find a living room with table / chair and 1 bed of 90 with the possibility of a drawer bed, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90 on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and the indoor swimming pool.
You can reach the village in 5 minutes on foot with all amenities (bakery, mini-market, tobacconist, city park, free tennis court, etc.). Access to the cycle path nearby.
Possibility of laundry:
- for bed 140: 12e/reservation
- for bed 90: 10e/reservation
Disposable mattress pads and pillow protectors installed. Mandatory cleaning fee at 120e.
A deposit check of 1000e will be requested before your arrival and returned on your departure if there is no damage and the house is in the same state of cleanliness.
You can stroll through Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, visit the island of Noirmoutier, go by boat to the island of Yeu, etc. Tree climbing, water park, markets, forest and sea nearby.

All as expected. Spacious and clean accommodation.Lovely pool area and well situated for the coast without having the crowds. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for families.

The house is very well equipped- we had everything we needed. It feels very spacious and has a lovely big garden and indoor/outdoor swimming pool in good condition.
Communication with the owners was easy (despite a bit of a language barrier), and gave a personal touch.
I would definitely recommend.
