If you're dreaming of a beach vacation where the Gulf is just steps away, Trident House is the perfect spot. This spacious, recently renovated home sits directly on the sand in Pensacola Beach and offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable getaway. With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 18 guests, it’s ideal for large families or group vacations.
Enter this beautifully updated beachfront retreat and soak in the views from the moment you arrive. The open-concept layout features fresh coastal style and expansive windows that flood the bright, airy living area with natural light. A plush sectional, cozy chairs, large flat-screen TV, and coastal decor create the perfect spot to gather, watch a movie, or simply relax while enjoying the ocean just beyond the sliding doors. Step outside to your private balcony with cushioned seating and a propane grill—ideal for morning coffee, sunset views, or easy beachside meals.
The kitchen is bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need—featuring crisp white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large center island with seating for five. Just beside it, the dining area seats up to seven and is perfect for family meals or late-night games, all with the Gulf as your backdrop.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort and space in mind. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a seating area with flat-screen tv, a wet bar, private bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and access to a beachfront balcony with Adirondack chairs. The second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a private bath, and access to the shared balcony with an astroturf area and two lounge chairs - perfect for sunbathing. On the lower level, there’s a bedroom with two full beds and its own bath, plus two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and one with two full beds—that share a bathroom. An elevator makes it easy to move between floors, offering added convenience for guests of all ages.
A dedicated work station keeps you productive with beach vibes, plus a laundry room with washer and dryer makes refreshing your gear easy. All linens, comforters, and towels are replaced after every stay—we take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for every guest.
The home features extras like 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 8 beach towels (please leave them after your stay). After a day in the sand, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before settling in. The ground level also has a picnic table and Adirondack chairs for relaxing outdoors. With direct beach access, Gulf views, and a spacious, updated layout, Trident House is the perfect spot for your next Pensacola Beach getaway. We have stayed there for three years in a row, and we absolutely love it. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels that you can borrow. It’s huge and has room for the whole family, including grandparents and kids. It’s well stocked and clean. You can’t do better.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trident House. The location was perfect. We all enjoyed being close to everything yet far enough way so that we could enjoy our privacy too. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check-in and check-out stress free. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having a private balcony off of almost every bedroom. Being a person that enjoys games I was impressed with the many great games to choose from like Sorry, Clue, Jenga, Backgammon and corn holes to name a few. The sound system on the TV was surprisingly good. One of the guests happened to turn on a Nascar car race and you would have thought the car was inside the room! The house was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach buggy to carry our stuff down the beach.The final day when we were cleaning up to leave I discovered an extra sleeping nook with a bean bag type bed, a TV, and a lamp in the upstairs hallway which was not listed. One of my guests had slept on the sofa. It would have been nice to know we had an extra private area for them to sleep, even if it was small. Our stay was fantastic! I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay on Pensacola beach!

The home was excellent. Right on the beach. We had a poor experience with the management upon check out. Management called the day after we left and stated that towels were missing and that we would be charged for them. I explained the towels were washed and folded and placed on the kitchen island and that we did not take any towels. Later, I received a call back indicating housekeeping had placed the towels in a closet. It was disappointing that management would immediately go to the guest, tell them towels were missing and they’d be charged without confirming whether the towels were actually gone first.
Recommendation for future travelers working with this management company. Take pictures of the home upon departure to ensure you do not get accused of stealing or damage to the property with no way to prove the events did not occur.
With respect to the house and stay, they were both excellent and exceeded expectations.
