About this house rental
116 Ariola Drive is light and bright on the inside, breath taking views on the outside, this 2,300 square foot home sleeps up to 19 people and has the perfect layout for a large family.
The lower level entryway has an open, sunny stairwell leading to the main level. A bedroom is also on this lower level, offering a queen sized bed and sleeper sofa. Up the stairwell is the main living/dining area. The galley style kitchen has plenty of prep space, stainless steel appliances and a great breakfast bar with lots of seating.
The living area has a large, family style sectional couch, dining/game table, and flat screen TV. The main level master bedroom is on the left side of the house, has a king bed, private bath, and opens to the deck. Across the living room are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with one queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath that also services the living/dining area.
Next to the kitchen is a unique spiral staircase leading up to two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 king bed with a queen sleeper sofa just on the outside of this bedroom. The other bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. These rooms share a spacious bath with a tub/shower combo and doors opening onto an upper level deck with amazing views. This upper level deck has stairs leading down to the main level deck, with another staircase leading straight down to the sugar white sands.
The two-car garage and large drive offer plenty of parking. Gas barbeque grill.

Lovely home right on the beach was a great site for a reunion of 8 adults and 8 kids, ages 4-19. The renovated kitchen was fully equipped for all in-house meals for the whole week. Our family chefs enjoyed the beach view. Property management was amazingly helpful in providing anything we needed! Second frig on garage level was very much used and appreciated as were some beach going amenities provided by the owner. The whole family loved the location right on the beach. Shops and restaurants easily walkable or accessible by Pensacola (free) trolley. Note that the queen bedroom the main floor is smaller and much less comfortable for a couple than the other bedrooms. The primary “suite” has been updated recently and was by far the loveliest accommodation in the home and the only one with a private bath. The walk-in shower was a “wow!” This house was perfect for a large family creating a memory-making stay on Pensacola beach.

Wonderful location, prime beach front property. Short walk or drive to all the places to eat and things to do in Pensacola Beach. Absolutely love walking the short distance to the beach and back throughout the day for anything we needed. Having a child with a disability who struggles with walking long distances it was so nice to be so close! Very clean property. Large kitchen that accommodates 3 families easily(6 adults/7 kids) We loved having 2 sinks, an ice maker, and water filter in the fridge, and having 2 fridges for all our food and drinks. The common area indoor and outdoor spaces were great, comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area was wonderful in the afternoons bc it had shade and a breeze. We loved the outdoor shower, and all the included beach amenities(chairs,toys, and umbrellas). 2 small things that might be fixed/investigated. 1-a push broom would be great to have for sand management throughout the week(but we managed with the swiffer and regular broom alright) 2-there is a painting on the corner wall that covers the fuse box however it’s very close to the table/chairs and we ended up just taking it down while we are there bc it hangs very loosely. However those are very minor, we would rent this again in a heartbeat.

House layout worked well for us. Not very clean found trash and hair lots of places. Tv down stairs stuck on demo mode. Beach access was great. Having key entry was a hassle, a digital check in code would be nice. Instructions for all the amenities would be nice as there were a ton of switches we did not know what they went to. Overall worked for what we needed but needs some TLC.
