When it's time to dine, our spacious dining room seats eight comfortably, with an additional four seats at the quartz counter top island. We had an excellent experience at 150 Metros! We visited for 9 nights over New Year's. We have been to Costa Rica, and specifically Playa Avellanas multiple times in the past. This was our first visit to 150 Metros, but it won't be our last! The house was incredible. The design and layout was fabulous. My husband and I took the master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and my parents and daughter took the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs - they said they felt like they had their own suite up there! The kitchen is amazing - we didn't do any cooking but enjoyed the fridge for drinks and snacks. The house was clean and well kept. I also appreciated the washer/dryer. We greatly enjoyed the roof top and 2nd floor balconies. We were able to see howler monkeys, iguanas, and many types of birds, including green parrots all from the house. The pool was delightful and was kept clean by a pool cleaner 3 times a week. You can't beat the location to the beach and local restaurants. The property manager, Chiara, was great. She did a great tour of the house when we got there and answered any questions we had throughout the week. She is super responsive on WhatsApp. I can't say enough good things about 150 metros! We will definitely return on our next trip to Costa Rica.

Awesome place and a great location. Good parking situation. Very clean house and everything you need. Peaceful, and steps to surf. Simply can’t beat the set-up. Don’t hesitate. Wish it was mine.

Our stay at 150 Metros was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The location is very good with great access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The property manager was helpful and friendly. She answered our texts very quickly.

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy Playa Avellanas! Kids loved the pool, great balconies and rooftop to enjoy as well. Recommended!
