Welcome to Casa Nimbu, a spacious 4-bedroom villa in Hacienda Pinilla designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. With a private pool, large covered terraces, beautiful tropical surroundings, and access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, the home is a great choice for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of Guanacaste.
Designed by renowned Costa Rican architect Ronald Zürcher, Casa Nimbu takes inspiration from traditional Guanacastecan haciendas and gives it a fresh, contemporary feel. High wooden ceilings, stone details, tiled roofs, native landscaping, and abundant natural light give the house plenty of character while keeping the spaces open, comfortable, and inviting.
The heart of the home is its large open-concept social area, where the kitchen, dining room, living room, and terrace connect naturally.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and open the house toward the surrounding greenery. The fully equipped Italian-designed kitchen connects directly with the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to spend time together, whether you're having breakfast before heading to the beach, cooking dinner at home, or simply relaxing after a day exploring Guanacaste.
The living room features a large C-shaped sofa, 70-inch TV, sound system, and plenty of space for the whole group.
Step outside and you'll find one of the most special parts of Casa Nimbu. The private pool and sun deck sit beneath a beautiful, mature Cenízaro tree, whose wide canopy creates a natural centerpiece for the entire outdoor area. Tropical greenery surrounds the space, with a mix of sunshine and natural shade that makes it just as inviting in the middle of the day as it is in the late afternoon.
Spend the day swimming, stretch out on the sun loungers, find a cool spot beneath the Cenízaro, or stay outside into the evening with dinner and drinks on the terrace. The Napoleon gas grill and outdoor dining area make BBQ nights easy, while the different covered terraces and lounge areas give everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Two twin inflatable mattresses are also available.

HACIENDA PINILLA BEACH CLUB
Guests staying at Casa Nimbu have access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, located directly on the Pacific coast.
Spend the day enjoying the oceanfront infinity pool, restaurant and bar, fitness center, comfortable lounge areas, and direct access to the beach.
Beach Club access is available with your stay, with a $5 per person, per day usage fee. Please contact us or our concierge if you'd like additional information before your visit.
