Modern Luxury Retreat in a Tropical Paradise
Welcome to our stunning modern rental home, a luxurious oasis perfect for families or groups seeking a high-end vacation experience. Nestled in a serene and lush neighborhood within Hacienda Pinilla, this property seamlessly blends contemporary design with natural beauty.
Large windows throughout the house ensure plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere inside. The upper level includes a balcony, offering a serene space
Here at Bosques 23, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional $50 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $85 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)

With three-miles of coastline, Hacienda Pinilla’s 4,500 acres offer an incredible experience to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of this ranch property, with pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes, combined with surf for intermediate to advanced and word class amenities such as , 20 miles of MTB trails, horse stables, 18 hole golf course, tennis and racquetball courts and the renown Hacienda Pinilla beach-club on the white sands of Playa Avellanas, Hacienda Pinilla finds the balance in nature, luxury, adventure and Pura Vida!
Two-level villa with an open social area indoor / outdoor living with large glass sliding doors that connect the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Model A+ has a half bathroom, living room, dining space, laundry room, kitchen and oversized storage cellar. The second floor features an additional TV/ living area which connects the four bedrooms. All bedrooms feature outdoor balconies with the street facing bedroom enjoying the largest covered balcony and planter boxes for rich vegetation. All four bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and built-in, or walk-in closets.

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club sits right on the shores of Playa Avellanas, With an infinity-edge pool looking over the famous surf break of Little Hawaii. The Beach Club has something for everyone whether it's cocktails and or fruit smoothies from the poolside Tiki Bar, kicking back in the poolside sunbeds, surfing one of the world-class breaks of Playa Avellanas, working out in ocean view fitness center, or relaxing with a massage in the wellness center, its the ultimate beach day!
Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.
As a guest of this property, the entry into the beach club is $5 (only paid once per day and for ages 10+)

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in receive a 100% refund, less non-refundable payment-processing fees (approximately 3.9%).
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
*** Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Bosques 23. This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***

We loved staying at Bosques twenty three. It was very comfortable and the management team was terrific. They were very responsive with any questions we had while also helping us with drivers and dinner reservations. Once the infrastructure around the area is finished it will beautiful. The house itself was beautiful. Thank you so much!
