Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We rent a place every year at the beach and I was not excited about this place, thought it would be small. It wasn't small it was very large, enough room for everything they even provided towels and some soaps. It's very close to the beach. Close to On the Bay Seafood witch we like and the Taphouse and Candy Planet are right across the street. We would definitely book again.

We stayed for only a few days but the place was clean and very well taken care of upon arrival. It was stocked with necessities and just an overall comfortable place to be. My husband said “this feels like home” when we walked in. The only downside is how loud the traffic is at all hours of the night. Thankfully our little ones sleep through anything, but it is something to consider if that’s a concern of yours. We’d definitely book a stay here in the future.
