Crabbing and Fishing off the pier is allowed.
Non-Smoking Policy:
This property is strictly non-smoking, including balconies and all outdoor areas associated with the unit. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, vaping, or e-cigarettes) is prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction and a $350 smoke remediation fee charged to the reservation account.
