PARKING CLEARANCE IS POSTED AT 7'0'. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Everything was as promised. We would only change 2 minor things! The water and ice weren’t working! And the master bedroom needs room darkening curtains! Great place for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was in a perfect location close to mini golf, the boardwalk, the beach, and more within walking distance. The condo was spacious and clean! The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. It has a beautiful view of the bay off the balcony. There was an easy check in and check out process and we had no issues with parking at the condo. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Ocean City!
