Belmont Towers 408 is a two bedroom, two bath, south facing side unit in an oceanfront building located between Talbot and Dorchester Streets in Ocean City, Maryland. If an outdoor pool is what you seek, this condo is located on fourth floor of the building with a deck facing the pool - can't get anymore convenient than that! Modestly decorated and recently updated, this unit provides plenty of space to relax - a living room with fireplace, kitchen island with breakfast bar plus a dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. Belmont Towers amenities include private garage parking with two assigned spaces, a fitness room to keep your workout routine intact while vacationing, putting green for those that need to practice and the aforementioned outdoor pool with large sundeck. Once you arrive, you may not need to move your car as Belmont Towers is close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and all of the amusements the boardwalk has to offer. Accommodating up to nine guests, bed sizes include two doubles in the primary bedroom, a pyramid bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom (double and twin), and a queen sleep sofa if needed in the living room. This property rents mini or full weeks beginning on Thursdays or Sundays in season and any 3 nights in the off season. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The location, size and space was perfect. Condo 408 is on the pool level, with a very large gated patio that opens up to rec area and pool. Perfect for families with children. The location to boardwalk and beach was perfect. Not too far but just far away to not be too disturbed with the hustle and bustle of boardwalk and downtown oc. I do wish the description on the property listing was better. Hard to know some things. And having to drive to a different location to check in and out was a little annoying and cause soke disrupting to the flow of travel. The floors in thisbplace were DISGUSTING. Ive never seen my feet turn so black and dirty so quickly. Def made you wonder about the cleanliness of everything else.

Are biggest issue was clealiness..we had to clean right away...bathrooms , refrigerator...could have been communication issues with cleaner we were told...so keep that in mind pla. To take cleaners with you...location is great, view ifthe ferris wheel beitiful..and its right next to the pool.
