Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Great place but check-in was horrible did not send us what parking spaces or the unit number just address of building ….directions to find elevator would be helpful as one in garage goes to restaurant

Spacious and the bathrooms all had warm water and the fridge had a water and ice dispenser

I was traveling with two little ones, and was concerned about their safety. We had to sit them on the couch, while the adults did a walkthrough and cleaned up. There were Vapes left behind, broken glass all over the porch. Broken lamps, dust all around every floorboard that you could see from far away. Ripped comforters, large hairballs -the most concerning being the broken glass and vapes left behind.
When communicated with property manager they responded quickly stating somebody would be over. We never heard from them again and nobody came over.
The place had great potential and was a great place if they just cleaned it up, and then would communicate with their guests.
Make sure to overpack what you think you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. In all the other rentals I've stayed at, the kitchen and bathroom was more stocked with everyday items. I did ask before check in and they stated they would have enough supplies to get us started, I didn't realize that was a napkin draped over the toilet paper holder.
I was disappointed first coming to this rental and not being able to get an early check in due to them cleaning and finding the rental in that condition dirty and unsafe. And the lack of trying to correct the problem was very disappointing.
