Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the large condo space. Great views and close to everything. Updated clean rooms. Enjoyed the large balcony.

We booked this property and the process and communication was great all the way to the end. The codes for our stay where given in advance and we had no problems. When we arrived the place was nice and the location is 6 stars overlooking the bay... The 3 bed rooms could use some upgrading as the mattresses where not that comfortable and the pillows needed top be replaced. We took a video of the property when we walked in as there where a few big stains on the carpet in the dining area and living room. The linens and towels where included in our stay but there was no extra bedding for the pull out couch or just a few extra blankets. I believe the cleaning crew could do a better job as it seems like they ran thru the place after the last guest left. The restaurant Toast below our complex was a bit pricey and the food was just OK. When we walked into the restaurant to pick up our order it was empty and felt abandoned with no customers.
