Great place to stay on 30A! House was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. Located in a great neighborhood, and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Property management team was accessible and courteous.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, well-stocked and overall a very comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful yet close to the beach and stores. The management was very responsive to every question or issue. Highly recommend it!

We love this neighborhood and the house very nice and clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our only issue was that the golf cart would not stay in park, which we were informed the day prior to check in but that it would stay parked with a small block behind the wheel. Unfortunately, that did not work for us and the cart rolled right over it twice, so we ended up not using it for the rest of the trip. That was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this listing. However, it was not a deal breaker, and we still enjoyed ourselves. We even ended up adding an additional night to our stay. I would note that sound travels in this house, so you can hear everything. If you have sensitive sleepers like our toddler, definitely bring a sound machine. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with pools, a bridge over a lake, and a cute playground. We would definitely stqy here again.
