★★★★★ 26 five star Reviews – Guests Love Our Home! This lovely coastal, single-story home is located between Gulf Place and Blue Mountain. The home features a game room, new hot tub and outdoor fire area. Hop on the six seater golf cart and explore scenic 30a. After a day at the beach, head over to Shunk Gulley for some oysters, Pecan Jacks for ice cream or relax out back on the porch swing. Casa Blanca 30A has everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation!
ABOUT THE AREA: This area is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Blue Mountain Beach and Gulf Place. The Gulfview Heights community is known for its peacefulness, safe, family atmosphere. There is access to Longleaf Pine nature trails within the neighborhood and quick access to the beach and restaurants of both Gulf Place (Shunk Gulley, Pecan Jacks, Perfect Pig, Papa Surf Burger, Local Catch, Kith & Kin, Pizza by the Sea, Stinky's) and Blue Mountain (Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, BM Creamery/Bakery, Mimmos).
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights Regional public beach is a short drive/ golf cart ride away (.5 miles). There are restrooms, showers and parking (22 car and dedicated golf cart). There is also a life guard on duty during the summer season. Tent, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.
TRAIL ACCESS: The Longleaf Pine Greenway Trail entrance is right around the corner from the house/within the neighborhood. The intitial trail is 2.5 miles to the opening on 83 at Blue Mountain Beach. It is an easy trail that is generally sandy and flat. This trail can be easily navigated by walking/running or with an e-bike with fat tires, but pedal bikes work too. Don't miss exploring!

AGE REQUIREMENT: No reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) people under the age of twenty-five. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no return of any payments made.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with property owners as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca 30A. The home was very clean. The kitchen had more than we anticipated. We had easy access to the beach. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to town, the beach, or just riding around. The playroom was enjoyed by the kids and adults. Reading a book on the back porch while kids played in the playroom added another level of relaxation. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at casablanca 30a! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. The location was great, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.The only feedback is that the property dod not provide coffee or shampoo/soap. We hadnt prepared for this so had to make an extra truo to the store!Thank you for being such a fantastic host! We'd love to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation at CasaBlanca 30A. The home was warm and inviting with plenty of room, a great screened-in porch, and wonderful location. Only one block from Longleaf trailhead, and a few short blocks to beach. The house was clean and well equipped and the fenced-in yard was great for the dogs, Everything on one floor was very convenient, and the house was spacious. The owners were delightful and very responsive. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Were looking forward to staying there again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation

Our owners went above and beyond to make our family of six comfortable! Our four kids were in absolute heaven and the home was clean and well taken care of. Couldn't have wished for a better rental and vacation!
