Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the spacious and open concept where the kitchen meets with the living room. The fully-stocked kitchen boasts an oversized island that is perfect for gathering the whole family.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 9 ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops and vanities, and stainless appliances.
Our comfortable beds are wrapped in luxury bedding to help you get a good night's sleep.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines.
Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down and you will be removed from the home. A fine will be assessed by Walton County code compliance.

We walked into the property and immediately felt at home. The property was extremely clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our multigenerational group. The beach access was extremely close, just as described. While we elected to sample the local restaurant scene, we did prepare a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. The heated pool was perfect for our littles and everyone was pleased with the linens and sleeping options. We would highly recommend and would be excited at the opportunity to stay with these hosts again.

Everything from the location to the amenities to the pillows was perfect! This rental is roomy, comfy, and is in a great location. My kids loved going from the pool to the beach within minutes. Our hosts were super responsive and when we inquired about staying another day, they quickly accommodated. We WILL be back next year!
