Cozy Home in the Heart of Corvallis

The back yard was beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio! The house had everything we needed. The communication was spot on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The back yard is a wonderful area to sit and relax. WE were only there for one night and enjoyed the outside all evening. It was a heat wave on our night, home felt cool when we walked in, sleeping was a bit warm but seems bed may cover the vent so made room a bit stuffy. Had it been a clooler night we may not have noticed as it was just an unusually hot day and night. No ice in the heat would have been nice if ice maker was functioning again if not for the heat wave I do not think this would have mattered. HOme is clean and comfortable. Close to shops for supplies.

This was a comfortable, clean, adequately supplied home. Although on a very busy main street, the back had a private beautifully gardened backyard that was like an oasis of peace. Host was responsive with questions and needs. Good place to stay in Corvallis!

No text communication received for check in - log in. Door lock was faulty. Emailed, called and texted while standing in 90 degree heat until the owner called back with a code. Twenty minutes later. But door lock needed new batteries so it took time to get it to work. The owner was in a bad cell zone so call dropped five times just trying to solve the problem. Got in. Lovely home. All the amenities. No problem. Hot tub was dirty. Though no further comms till next day, turns out the owner texted the wrong number with initial check in instructions which explains but doesn’t help the situation. Note to self: double check comms before arrival! Otherwise a lovely VRBO, excellent location for our needs and very clean and nicely maintained. The back deck and garden area was lovely so we could sit out and eat outside in the evening. Overall the check in process was simply frustrating but the place is great! And once we’d entered the house everything went well post-check in delay. Recommend.
