Spacious OSU campus gem! This 3-bed, 2-bath home SECONDS from OSU (you can see Reser stadium from the front) is perfect for families or business travelers. This comfortable home features modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living spaces. Enjoy convenient access to campus, local dining, and shopping. Ideal for game days, campus visits, or exploring Corvallis and the Willamette Valley. High-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and free premium parking included. **Shared parking on game weekends**

- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.

Great location if your going to see a beaver game or just enjoy the campus!We were able to walk everywhere, and the store across the street was super convenient!Lots of parking and great yard (just not totally fenced if your bringing a dog).

The house was perfect for our college tour visit. Right next to campus and an ideal place to come back after a long day

If you are in town for OSU activities, the location is perfect. You can walk to the stadium or anywhere in the campus within 5 min. drive. The outside of the house looks old, but the inside has been updated fairly modern even though some minor features still shows its age. Even include coffee and tea. We just need to get some cream from the convenience store across the street. The bedroom on the ground level has no closet, you will have to put your luggage in the rooms upstair or put the luggage in the living room. The shower is a bit small, not much room to turn. Mary the host is responsive and helpful. The driveway is tricky to find at night, suggest you leave the porch light on if you are heading out. Otherwise, we will definitely stay again next time back.

Had a very comfortable stay at this home. All the amenities we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again if available, as this home seems to be frequently booked. Perfect location for visiting OSU.
