About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. Close to schools, parks and 5 minute drive from town and OSU. The Cheerful Bungalow provides a peaceful respite from the day`s work. Perfect for those touring Corvallis, in town for business, or wants a vacation away while still being close to all the amenities the charming Corvallis has to offer. This home has off street parking, 2 levels, newer cabinets, recently updated main bath, and window unit air conditioners.
Please note that because of this property`s convenient location, you may experience road noise.
Please also note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.
Please note for the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras facing the street.

*FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we`re not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you`re interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.
- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
