Boasting two patio decks, this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo also has an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel countertops and appliances.
There is seating for two at the breakfast bar and two additional seats at the kitchen counter, with seating for four at the dining room table. The large living room windows offer perfect views of the Point and golf course, and plenty of room to gather for family time. Make your way into the primary suite which offers a king bed, TV, and en suite bath with a combination shower/tub and white quartz single vanity. •Free parking lot: Located north of the Beach House Restaurant, just past the Dunes Putting Course. This is a larger gravel/Geogrid lot (about 150 spaces) and requires a longer walk to the beach access.
•Paid parking lot: Located south of the free lot, beyond the access gate, much closer to the beach. The fee is $20 per day for visitors.

The place was just like the pictures. The only negative is how close the outside deck is to the neighbors- not a lot of privacy. Some updates might be needed: the master shower was hard to figure out how to turn on (loose faucet), the master headboard needs tightening (hits wall when roll over) and the mattress is hard, and the outside screen doors were hard to open and close. But the location is great. We love staying at the Sandestin.

This home is perfect! It was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy our family after the hectic holidays. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals while overlooking the manicured golf course and beautiful water. The golf cart was an added bonus, and it allowed us to shop nearby without using our car. We look forward to staying here again!
