For morning coffee and sunset cocktails, comfortable outdoor furniture on the deck will encourage you to sit back a stay a while.
Primary and Guest Bedrooms
Your nicely appointed primary bedroom allows access to a smaller outdoor deck and features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen television, and a large closet. The adjoining primary bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a flat-screen television, and a guest closet. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective 5/25, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything needed to cook a great meal. Views were also very pretty from this unit and the deck. It was conveniently located steps from the pool. The Golf cart was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It made getting around the resort very easy. On the down side the bathrooms were very outdated, but functional. There were also a few places where the trim was pulling away from the corners and a hole in the wall next to the toilet.

We’ve been a long time rental of Russell vacation rentals and overall have been pleased with our stay/rental, however the past 2 rentals have been just ok. Both times, we’ve had golf cart issues. This stay in particular, the golf cart was completely broken for the entire stay which really sucks bc that’s one of the things we look forward to using and the main reason for booking this property. Russel vacation was kind to reimburse for that issue. The property itself was clean but could use some updating, especially the shower knobs. It was hard to pull out to turn the water on and the knob plate felt like it was going to come off. It also didn’t drain well.
