Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had the best time! Condo was beautiful in a great location. We especially loved the golf cart and how most everything we needed was accessible via golf cart!

The unit was great—comfortable seating and beds, terrific view, and quiet. It’s the top floor end unit, so there is not a lot of noise from neighbors at all. The AC worked great (it’s loud though). The communication was great as well. We didn’t have any issues but they checked in regularly. We’ve stayed in other units in Harbor Point in the past—this was one as good or better than the others. Would stay again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rental was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The cleanliness really stood out—felt like home, but better. Highly recommend!" Definitely get the golf cart!!

Had a great stay. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The 6-seater golf cart was a great addition and well worth the little extra. There is a ton of things to do in the community and nearby towns.
