Boasting two patio decks, this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo also has an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel countertops and appliances.
There is seating for two at the breakfast bar and two additional seats at the kitchen counter, with seating for four at the dining room table. The large living room windows offer perfect views of the Point and golf course, and plenty of room to gather for family time. Make your way into the primary suite which offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath with a combination shower/tub and white quartz single vanity. Sip your morning coffee on the private primary suite deck overlooking the harbor. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

We stayed for 5 nights of spring break for reasonable price. The positives are: fantastic view, fun golf cart, well appointed, overall cute place, clean. Considerations for improvement: pillow options were just super big and firm; small space (couldn’t really use dining set); no coffee filters (we left for next guests ), washer and dryer are extremely loud, but hey we needed and used them!! Overall, nice place and we’d stay again!

2 adult couples. We stayed here for three nights before meeting our group of 10 here or our weeks vacation at a house on the beach.Our second time to rent through Russell vacations. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating.This unit is on the second floor, so be aware there are steps which isn’t bad was sort of inconvenient when checking in and carrying your luggage and everything upstairs.The unit is very clean. We loved the deck that overlooked the golf course and the bay area. We are big pickle Ballers so we went to the Sandestin tennis complex and played Pickleball every morning.We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance. Was there immediately and fix the issue.The beds were very comfortable. It would be nice in the secondary bedroom to have had a nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed.

The property was just as described and pictured. It is in close proximity to everything. A great place to stay if you are traveling with little ones. The view on the balcony every morning was amazingly beautiful. The manager Judy responds to you in a very timely manner. I didn’t have any issues.
