The house accommodates up to 14 guests. The base rate covers 6 guests, and each additional guest is $ 20 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Pets cost $25, per pet, per day
If you love the outdoors, Indian Springs is an oasis with natural appeal. You'll have ready access to the lake, where you can fish, kayak, tube, and swim in privacy. The land is populated with plenty of deer and wild turkeys, and you can watch wildlife while you hike the grounds. Please be aware water activities may depend on the lake's varying depth and conditions, and that a signed release of liability is required to rent Indian Springs. Feel free to inquire about these details when you book. You are free to bring your own kayaks and tubes.
A big deck replete with outdoor furniture opens off the upstairs master bedroom and overlooks the scenic lake, and there's also a shaded patio area downstairs. For family gatherings and outdoor munchies, you'll have access to a fire pit circled with seating, and a charcoal grill on which you can show off your BBQ skills! All can come together for a feast at the picnic tables provided.
The interior at Indian Springs Lakehouse is kept comfortable with a combo of central air and heat units, mini-split ACs and ceiling fans. The spacious home features 2 smart TVs with Roku, and 1-2 additional TVs with Roku plus Wifi for entertainment. There's a dining area with both bar-style and table seating, and the full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cooking, and serving ware, utensils, and glasses. You'll also have a convenient laundry room!
Upstairs, the first master bedroom (with a king-sized bed) and second bedroom (with a queen) share a full bathroom. There's a second master suite downstairs, with a queen-sized bed and a master sized bath with a separate shower and a unique pedestal tub. The fourth bedroom, which makes a great kids' space, has three bunk bed setups; two of them have full beds below and singles on top, while the fourth is both singles. There is a third bathroom adjacent to the bunk room with 2 vanities and a separate shower. All told, there's great sleeping space for 1 up to 14 persons. Clean bed and bath linens are included.

My family loved staying here. The view of the lake was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife. Rooms were all very comfortable and clean. Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and we spent the day hiking there. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch and listening to the turkeys!

I wanted a getaway for my wife and my father and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodations were great and everything was labeled in the house which made it easy. We spent mornings and evenings watching the wildlife and doing a little fishing. This place was the medicine we needed. Highly recommend booking your stay with Spencer and his team. We look forward to our next getaway with these kind folks.

The lake on the property really makes the property. We were all entertained by the lake fishing and canoeing. We caught lots of fish. The house was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Everything was great. We went in town to shop but really just relaxed by the lake. We saw wild turkey and deer too.
