NEWLY REMODELED!! One Story with POOL and Hot Tub

Review: Our stay was not what we expected. The problems started when the address provided was incorrect, leading to a last-minute change that added stress to our arrival. The address listed says it is in Helotes however the home is actually in San Antonio. Additionally, the property did not seem well-maintained. The floors and rugs were very dirty, and there were areas that could use a deep clean. Although the overall space and function of the home was nice, it was concerning that there were exposed wires and modem in the living area, which was particularly alarming as we had small children with us. The first night we went to cook dinner we discovered the oven was broken and we had to order food last minute. Overall, this stay fell far short of expectations. Would not recommend.

This is my second time booking this house for a family gathering. Like the first time it did not disappoint. I personally loved the hot tub, house is extra spacious and cleanliness of the property is exceptional. The host is quick to answer your messages. I give this rental 5 star's.

Wrong address given at time of booking. Gave this address to all guests and found out day before correct address. Place was very roomy for 25+ but pool area not clean, furniture, chairs broke or damaged, seats worn out. Looked like update projects were starting but never finished. Random debris laying around sitting area.

Awesome House with an amazing pool! Fast and friendly response time to any questions we had about the property! This house will NOT disappoint. We had a huge bachelorette weekend here and the house was so spacious! Huge rooms with huge beds and amazing mattresses and linens! Best choice ever!!!

The manager is super friendly and responds quickly. It is a house with character that can accommodate several families but still allows some privacy. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked the pool and hot tub. Needs updating on furniture. We all enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful.

Back yard was great, plenty of rooms for multiple families. Great location, close to six flags.

It was perfect lots of room and clean the swimming pool and hut tub was great will be back and the host was awesome !

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property. There was plenty of room for everyone and kids loved using the hot tub. Drives to Sea World and Six Flags from the house were pretty easy. The 2 ovens and gas grill made cooking for Thanksgiving much easier. Overall fun times!

The house is very accommodating for large families. We took our grandparents. They enjoyed staying there while we were out at the water parks. It was a home away from home for them. They need to get a better cleaning service or maybe it’s time for a deep cleaning & organizing day. But then I’m a bit OCD ;)

We truly enjoyed the house and pool during those hot San Antonio days. We were in town celebrating our daughter's quinceanera, it was wonderful being able to spend time under same roof since we all live in different states..The trees kept it cool and we thoroughly enjoyed being outside! Thank you! We will be renting again!!

We rented this VRBO home for a special needs mom weekend, all us moms bond, unite and enjoy these weekends, a small get-a-way from our jam packed life with our special ones. Moms from all over the USA and Canada came to the reunion. Upon arrival the host permitted us to check in a day early, we showed up to find the cleaners in the home, once they left we were able to get in, the home was filthy!! And I mean so dirty, we found trash in the floor, the refrigerator was not clean and had left over food in it, the beds were not made, the home appeared to us as if it had never been deep cleaned at all, some beds didn’t have pillows they had sofa cushions as pillows, cloths hangers were left on the blinds, the ladder to the bunk bed was broken, missing light bulbs.. the list goes on and on. I called the host and explained this, she sent the cleaners back in the morning, again it was more of a tidy pass through then a clean. In the middle of our stay the hot tub water completely drained, we did not have a hot tub for that day until the pool guy came over the next day. We were very disappointed with the home.

The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes at all times. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day. The reservation was sent with the wrong address in LARGE, BOLD print and the correct address in tiny font at the very bottom. This was only realized once we showed up at the wrong address. A deep clean is needed and broken furniture needs to be fixed or replaced

We booked this house for our spring break trip with cousins and grandparents. The space and amount of beds looked great and an added bonus to have a pool and hot tub. We were excited. The day before our 24 hour 100% cancellation policy I was reading reviews and read some not wonderful ones. I called the property manager and she assured me that the place would be clean and the hot tub and pulling would be in working order and that they would be available if we needed anything.The week before we had asked if we could get an early check in if no one was staying. They were very nice and said yes that wouldn't be a problem.We showed up and the side door the house was not only unlocked by wide open. I called the property manager and she said the cleaners had just left and must have thought we were right behind them (still odd- should be locked). We walked in and couldn't have been more disappointed. The backyard was in utter disarray. Looked like a bachelor party had just left. There was garbage all over the yard, broken ping pong table, floaties and beach balls just laying around, empty plastic water bottles, outdoor pillows laying around (not on furniture). In the bathroom there were hairballs laying in the bathtub. Furniture had dust all over it, leaves in the bed. We called the property manager she said someone would stop by to clean it up. At 10:15 that night ( we have small kids) she realized that no one came so she would clean the bathroom) and said someone would be there to clean the backyard around 8am the next day. At 11:00 no one had been there to clean and property manager wasn't returning my messages. Finally the cleaners came and picked up- they did a good job, but then there was an infestation of ants all over the hot tub. I asked if someone could come handle it. She said yes, but then when i asked when we could expect it, she never responded to me again, I asked if there were pool lights- no response, asked about turning on the pool heat- no response. She quit responding all together. Another family member of us called her and she answered right away. Terrible customer service at this point.The kitchen supplies- are very old and very randomly placed. If you do decide to rent. I would not plan on cooking there. We found grass in one of the cups in the cupboard, the pan we made eggs in the bottom of the pan was all over the eggs. Cups were in random cupboard all over. Nothing organized.The pillows on the couch had big rip in it.

Beautiful house! Super big and a great place to stay! Our stay was amazing! The host was very nice and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it could be …they were very good and all requests we had were made possible by the host! Great experience! Will definitely be coming back!

Very nice place to gather with several old friends and attend meeting at the convention center. Spacious interior, pool and hot tub, convenient to downtown and local businesses.

It was so easy to communicate and they were always fast with their responses. We would definitely book with them again if we ever come back.

We came to San Antonio for my sister’s wedding. We have a large family, and needless to say, this house was perfect and made our stay even more special! The host was quick to respond, the pool and outdoor area were great, the rooms and inside of the house were clean— overall the house met our needs. When we all return, we hope we can stay here again.

Its the perfect place to go with family and/or friends!

Very spacious to fit a family of 25 people high speed internet and accommodation was just fenomenal. And the pool was just a dream. Host was fast at replying text and a very nice lady.

Amazing

The house is very big very beautiful Plenty of room for our big family. Pool is very nice not to cold although the pool is hotter then the hot tub. The house was cleaned very well just a couple pieces of trash in the dinning area. My big complaint was not getting the address ahead of time, we had to rearrange our whole schedule because we didn’t get the address until 3:45 and check in was at 4! Showers are very nice water pressure is Great and temperature is way better than hot tub.

Great home lots of bed with lots of space. Ideal for a family vacation and the pool was a wonderful bonus.

We came from out of town for a function, were all able to stay together, beds were enjoyed by all, plenty of household supplies to meet our cooking and lodging needs! Pool was clean and enjoyed by all! Would recommend to others!

Great stay!

Very easy to book. The owner sent all necessary information in a very timely manner. Checked in on us if extra household supplies were needed which was very much appreciated. We did not need any additional supplies as the house was fully stocked.
