About this house rental
Coaches Rest is a very spacious, 5* beautifully restored barn conversion with the traditional old beams and is a single story barn with disabled access. Mobility 2
The Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite that has a WC with handrails and a level entry shower (wet room) ideal for people with restricted walking ability.
The 2nd bedroom can be either a twin bedded room or a zip n' link with en-suite with a bath and separate shower.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been tastefully decorated and equipped to a very high standard and quality.
There is a patio area with furniture and a gas bbq. There is also a large fenced garden.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
The heated swimming pool and hot tub is open all year round and has wonderful scenic views over the Fowey River and open countryside.
There is a games room, an outside play area and pet animals.
A home-made Cornish cream tea awaits you on arrival as a warm welcome.
We are ideally located in mid-Cornwall for touring all of Cornwall and close to many famous attractions, beaches, gardens, N.T. properties plus many many more.

Lovely barn conversion with plenty of space. Very well equipped with everything you need. Ruth was a perfect host very helpful without being intrusive. The swimming pool was a great asset too. Hope to return again.

Amazing property with everything you could possibly want for home comfort. Fantastic views, Quiet area, beautiful location, not too far from supermarkets, fuel stations etc. etc. Property was spacious, extremely clean and well laid out. My mother in law has mobility problems and the accommodation was perfect for her. Ruth the owner was extremely helpful and Tom the dog was lovely. Will for sure come back here again one day.
