Bright, welcoming and clean-cut, this stylish apartment in Fowey is a breath of fresh air boasting a fantastic open-plan living area for spending quality time with friends and family. Cornwall’s well-known attraction the Eden Project lies 6 miles away offering a fantastic day out for all ages in the unique biomes exploring an array of flora, fauna and wildlife.
The main social space in the apartment is the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner, decorated all in white with quirky features to soften the space. At one end of the room is the dual-aspect lounge with comfortable seating and a TV whilst the other is filled with a beautifully modern, spacious kitchen and a table where you can sit and enjoy mealtimes with your loved ones. Two bedrooms can be found on the floor, starting with the elegant king-size bedroom featuring a large padded headboard and mixed hues of grey to create a calming sleeping space. Bedroom two is a twin room with sliding doors leading directly outside, as well as an en-suite shower room, great for both adults and children. Finally, the bathroom completes the property and offers an idyllic space to unwind after a day of adventure. Outside, a covered terrace area extends the living space and offers space for alfresco dining with river views in the distance.
Fowey itself lies less than half a mile from your doorstep with a plethora of activities to fill your days, be it a harbour cruise, a lunch out at one of the local cafes or a day spent stand-up paddleboarding on the estuary. Pack your bags and spend a day at Whitehouse Beach (1 mile), a lovely sheltered spot which has a wonderful seawater paddling pool that is perfect for families. Avid walkers should embrace the opportunity to take a walk along the South West Coast Path, venturing past St Catherine’s Castle to Gribbin Head and over to Polkerris.
