This beautifully finished apartment makes a fantastic base for couples or small families with a bright open-plan living area, garden and balcony to enjoy. Situated less than a mile from Fowey town centre you can rest assured that there will be plenty to entertain all ages, from fantastic eateries for the foodies to water sporting opportunities and days out at the beach.

A large, luxurious sofa and armchair offer a place for you to put your feet up and relax with natural light flooding the room through the dual-aspect windows. The sleek kitchen will have you feeling inspired to get cooking with local produce and the dining table for four is a perfect spot to bring the family together for a meal. What’s more, from the open-plan living space you can access the balcony with a table and chairs offering a lovely spot for your morning coffee. Two bedrooms make up the sleeping arrangements, one with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and doors leading out to the balcony whilst the other is a king-size zip and link which can be made up as a twin upon request.
