Comfortable villa at the top of Cannes, 8 bedrooms, double pool, sea view

A truly beautiful villa in a great part of Cannes with breathtaking views from almost everywhere in the villa. We all sincerely want to thank the property manager who truly went above and beyond to be accommodating and taking care of minor issues. Villa is very clean and extremely well stocked with almost any you may think of. We will definitely be back.

This property is Outstanding. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Just a 10 minute drive down to the waterfront, suspended up in the hills above Cannes. We went as a group of 12 adults and every person was blown away. No room is compromised. Brilliant high quality facilities. When we needed to change gas on the cooker, help arrived immediately to assist. Great advice provided for places to eat. All in all completely perfect get away. Could not believe the value for money. Would come again

The view and my first impression were as beautiful as the photos and that part cannot be ignored. UNFORTUNATELY, there were many issues once we went beyond the surface level. - Wifi is so bad that it's impossible to work from the house. It's actually impossible to even send a text message or make a phone call from downstairs - No door bell to the property. You have to call someone inside. Which is a problem since with no Wifi they can't receive your call. - In the kitchen, one of the fridge didn't work, ruining most of our food. -Most the plates were chipped and many of the silverware broken. - The most serious problem are the bedrooms. They smell like mold. They look clean but if you look beyond the fresh layer of paint, there is mold everywhere and it smells like it. Which make a week long stay unpleasant and even unhealthy. - No hand soap in the bathrooms. Two hair dryers for 7 bedrooms. - The bed of the upstairs bedroom is so bad and squeaky that no one could use that room. - The house looked clean at surface level but there were cigarette buds, rusty nails in the garden, old electrical wires and screws in the bedroom.... - At first the team answered when we had problems but after couple days, they just ignored us. Actually, I've sent them a note about those problems and received no response. I'm disappointed. It's a nice place for a one night, it is not for a longer stay. 2.5 stars mostly for the view.

Staying at the Villa Octopus was like a dream I didn't want to wake up from. Perched on top of a hill overlooking Cannes on one side, Antibes on the other, I never wanted to leave this place. Most bedrooms were so spacious, with beds and separate sitting areas. The kitchen was phenomenal, so well equipped, with two refrigerators and dish washers even, and plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware to accomodate a large number of people staying at the house. At our arrival we felt instanstly welcome because Emma was so nice, but also because the refrigerator was filled with things, there were snacks and wine, and even fresh flowers on the table outside. We loved all the different sitting areas outside, so we could enjoy the gorgeous views from different areas. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for relaxation, and the house has a big gate, so it felt very safe. The interior of the house was so beautiful, all light colors, and flooded with light during the day. We all loved it!

This was the perfect villa for us. Great to share with colleagues and also to entertain clients. Yannick made the whole process so easy and his help was fantastic.
