About this apartment rental

Shipwatch 310 is back on the rental market after extensive renovations to the entire condominium complex. Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. This unit is located on the top floor and is right beside the elevator and stairs. For convenience, Unit 310 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. A beach wagon, umbrella, and plenty of chairs are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal items. The condo also has a fold-away twin size cot perfect for a small child.

Condo was very comfortable for my husband and I. Enjoyed the patio. Great location. Walked to the little village and rented bicycles. Great way to explore SSI and look at all the beautiful homes and gardens. Great restaurants and people very friendly. Lighthouse and WW2 museum are excellent.

Super clean and spacious. They were doing construction on the parking lot so that was a little annoying but overall great place and will be perfect once construction is done

The only negative is beach view and parking was kind of tight for a full sized truck. Everything else was great.

The hot water heater was very loud and made a knocking noise intermittently throughout the night. The main bathroom shower was not very clean, the grout was very dirty and there was even a hair on the wall. The breaker tripped and would not reset when nothing was plugged in. Location was great though and the decor was lovely.
