About this apartment rental
Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. Major exterior renovations were just completed in the summer of 2024. This unit is located on the 2nd floor (parking only on ground level) and has elevator and stair access. For convenience, Unit 114 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. Beach chairs, floats, umbrella, and children's bikes are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal beach gear. This 2 bedroom condo also has a fold-out sofa bed in the living room which allows space for up to a total of 6 guests.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Shipwatch 114. The condo was super cute and the beds were very comfy! The pool was so refreshing after the hike to and from the beach. It is a bit of a walk and there is a long sand pathway once you go over the marsh boardwalk. It was hard to navigate our beach wagon through that sand and some mucky areas. Shipwatch is a great family complex close to everything! We rented a golf cart and had so much fun exploring the island! I would stay here again!

The room was wonderful, we loved the area and the pool & beach were great. I would and I’ll likely rebook. The walk to and from the beach was longer and a little tougher than expected… wouldn’t be good for elderly or anyone who wouldn’t be able to go on a small hike, but we didn’t mind

3.5...pet friendly was awesome, kitchen was lacking, updates were done but, only paint in certain areas, whole unit, can say updated, but still very tired
