Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One Dog allowed with the addition of the $100 pet fee
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
•The beach is accessible via Shipwatch's private boardwalk. The Pier/Village area is 2 miles away

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD GOOD ACCESS TO BEACH. WE EXPECTED LARGER KITCHEN. FLOOR WAS COLD , OF COURSE IT WAS WINTER.

The condo was exactly as described. The property was clean and maintained well. Tropical Storm Debby passed through during our stay. Although we lost power for 2 hours, we felt safe and protected during the storm. We even had access to a car port so our car was safe too. have used a few more dish and bath towels, but that is easy to mitigate with the washer and dryer.

Like location, keurig was broken, repairs going on at condo building was noisy & wake us up early. Overall we’d stay again.
