Welcome to HG Coastal - where the sand, surf and wonderful accommodations all come together for your perfect vacation.
HG Coastal is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located just steps from the beach and just a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area. If you hear the name “Cedar House” you are in the right spot!
Upon entering your new favorite place, you’ll find a foyer and hallway leading to two bedrooms, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry room. Of the downstairs bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed with a SmartTV and the other bedroom is a “Georgia Bulldog” Suite! You will love this UGA-themed room with a unique bunk set with a Double bed on top and a queen ben on bottom, smart TV, DVD player and eating area.
The second level features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens up to a great living room /entertaining area – complete with a built-in bar. The master bedroom is on this level with a king-sized bed, smart TV and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are chairs for 4 on the downstairs patio and a deck for two perched on the balcony above. The “HG Coastal” residents share a huge fire pit and backyard grill. Hang with your old friends and make plenty of new ones!
Right next door to the HG Coastal is the Ocean Lodge where you can dine and have drinks from the rooftop deck that features some amazing ocean views.
Oh, and did we mention you are just STEPS from the beach when you stay at HG Coastal?
HG Coastal, located at 1006 Ocean Boulevard, is the ideal vacation spot for you and your family.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are allowed for a $100/pup non-refundable fee (Limit 2)
• Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway
• 1 block to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse, Pier and Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property. **All streaming services require guests personal account to sign-in.**
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Amazing property only 3 min walk to the beach. LOVED the outdoor shower - no bugs and a terrific rain shower nozzle with hand held wand as a bonus option. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with lots of appliances, pots, and pans. Loads of seating, huge dining table, great porch on the 2nd floor, pull out couches were an extra feature. Hope to be back next year!

Location is awesome! Very pet friendly. Stairs not for elderly or those not accustomed to stairs. Glad I didn’t bring my 89 year old mama.

We had some problems with the stairs wearing on our hips. Kitchen window needs a blind! Master bath shower does not drain properly.
