About this apartment rental
Oceanwood 109 is a pleasant two bedroom, two bathroom townhome located in a quiet little condominium complex. This unit places you just a few steps from the island’s best beaches as well as a short walking distance to some favorite shops and restaurants.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a King in the master bedroom and a set of twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa downstairs.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One (1) dog is permitted in the condo with a non-refundable pet fee
• Parking is provided for two spaces directly in front of the unit's entrance which faces Wood Avenue.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Very comfortable weather, cool mornings and warm (not hot) afternoons on the beach with a nice breeze. Very few people on the beach. Oceanwood is nestled under beautiful Live Oaks.

We really enjoyed this townhome during our stay on St Simons. It is a bit older, which doesn’t bother us. TheKitchen had been updated and although small, perfect for 2. The upstairs bathroom was a bit small also... but it was everything we wanted and needed.

Perfect size and location for my family of four and our mini-Aussie. Easy and short walk to the beach; close to village. For all of that, excellent rental price. The condo does need major updating in all ways, we noticed a few bugs, and what we believed to be rodent droppings. It was also extremely hot upon arrival and we had to get several fans going upstairs to help cool it down. It remained rather warm upstairs our entire stay. Also horrible smell coming from clogged garbage disposal. Overall, with some simple attention to details, updating and repairs, we’d definitely stay again for the location.
