About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 110 m² house in Fréhel with sea views, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 700 m² garden.

- Bedroom 1: with twin beds that can form a double bed (180×200), corner sofa, coffee table...
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa and TV (connection with HDMI cable provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 700 m² garden planted with trees and not enclosed.
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A second 20 m² terrace
The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Climbing
- Horse riding: several riding schools nearby
