About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 86 m² house with Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is available to rent in Fréhel. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 255 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (a single bed 90x190 and a king-size bed 180x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 255 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
