Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 110 m² house with sea views, which can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in Fréhel. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 700 m² garden.

- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 700 m² garden planted with trees and not enclosed
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A second 20 m² terrace
The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Climbing
- Horse riding: several riding schools nearby
