Beautiful air-conditioned villa with 7 rooms, approximately 250 m² spread over two levels, offering an elegant and comfortable setting for family or friends stays. Gym, with hammam and sauna.
At the main level, you will discover a vast, bright double living room with a connected TV, minibar, fireplace, and piano. The dining room can accommodate up to 12 people in a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features a central island and everything you need: induction hob, American refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and blender. The master suite offers a king-size bed of 180 cm, a television, and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. A second bedroom, equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, has its own bathroom. A laundry room completes this level with washer and dryer.
