Mas le Verger is a Provençal villa with modern fixtures, very spacious and set in lovely Mediterranean gardens with lawns & terraces and a hot tub and large walk-in private pool which can be heated as an optional extra. There's also a pool table, table tennis a boules court and children's swings, slide and playhouse. In a quiet residential area, just 6km from the centre of Cannes and the famous Croisette. Also, a walk downhill takes you to the local town of Vallauris with all amenities and Cannes, Golfe-Juan, Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Mougins and many other beautiful places are just a short drive away.
