This was a quiet and safe neighborhood and the house was charming and even had a piano that my son enjoyed playing. Our beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. Josie was exceptionally kind and we were grateful to be able to stay in her home. They were plenty of amenities like laundry detergent and things like that where we did not have to go to the store to run one load of laundry while we were there. Montrose is a great location to spread out and do a ton of things within an hour drive. It’s extremely convenient to get to the grocery store and local restaurants and Josie was kind enough to put together a nice booklet that shared with us all the favorite places! Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

Perfect home for our family! There were 6 of us and it was Awesome! Very comfortable home! The Host communicated wonderfully and we will definitely be back! We really liked the Mini Splits-Air conditioner/Heater in each room. Thanks for a great stay! Mary
