Lovely suburban cottage near the centre of Montrose. Very comfortable and spacious, and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch.

Great location, nice front yard. Well-maintained and with all the necessary equipment.
The street where the house is located is very dark, which makes it feel a bit unsafe...
The floors and doors in every room creak way too much, especially in the two bedrooms

Adorable house in a great location. Had everything we needed for our short stay.
The house is an older house, which adds charm, but also some logistics like a staircase best for people who are quite stable. Also, they accept animals, which is great for people who travel with their animals, but noticable for those without pets.

No breakfast
Stairs were steep, bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and bathroom was on the first. Window AC’s were very noisy, in fact had to turn them off in order to sleep. Beds were okay. Had albums to play, but record player did not play at (33) speed.
