The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. It's walking distance or less than a minute drive to the Uncompahgre River. You can take a hike or ride bike on Uncompahgre River Trail. If you hike going south on Ceres Park, you'll end up at the River Bottom Park and Montrose Water Park. The park has picnic area, playground, fishing area, water sports, hiking, biking and skateboard park. It has everything for everyone to enjoy.

Overall space was very good and fairly priced. We stayed for 3 nights and used the kitchen a little. Somewhat infant friendly. Having a huge 2car garage and enclosed backyard was a massive bonus. Got charged afterwards for a comforter that I don’t believe we damaged, but VRBO doesn’t offer a way to fight charges so we paid it. Host communicated very well and timely regarding the damage. Notified us prior to purchasing a replacement item.
